The Tempest

The Tempest was directed by Eli Simon and was produced by The New Swan ShakespeareFestival.  Our production was roughly placed in the 1700s, drawing on the inspiration of pirates during that era.  The island inhabitants, such as Prospero and his minions, were inspired by tribal and pagan elements to create their looks.  Many natural elements, like skulls and feathers, were used in their costumes.
